Can you work with my parents if I’m not local?
Yes. Many services can be handled through video calls and remote sessions. For in-home visits, we currently serve The Greater Central FL area. South as far as Vero Beach, FL. North as far as Ocala, FL.What if my loved one is nervous or embarrassed about technology?
That’s exactly who we’re here for. We move at their pace, never rush, and never make anyone feel silly for asking questions.Can we switch or cancel a Tech Confidence Plan?
Yes. Plans can be adjusted or canceled with notice. We’ll always recommend the level of support that actually makes sense for your family.
Are your Bitcoin sessions financial advice?
No. They are strictly educational. We explain how things work, how to stay safe, and what to watch out for. You always remain in full control of your financial decisions.
Do you store or keep my passwords?
Our Concierge plan includes an optional “digital caretaker” role which would secure logins at the customer’s request. Otherwise, No, we will never store, save, or record your passwords.
We help you create a secure system you control, such as a password manager or a written backup method, depending on what you're comfortable with.Are my accounts safe if you help me log in?
Yes. We only guide the login process. We don’t keep or store access to any of your accounts.
Once we’re done, you remain the only person with full control. We always suggest changing passwords if shared with us, though, and will gladly teach our clients how!
How do you protect my privacy during sessions?
We never record, store, or take photos of your personal information. All work is done in real time, with your full knowledge, directly on your device. Your privacy and trust come first.
Can you help me recognize scams or fake messages?
Absolutely. We review suspicious texts, emails, pop-ups, or phone calls with you and teach you how to spot red flags so you feel more confident moving forward.
What if I forget a password again later?
We’ll help set up a system that makes resetting or recovering your passwords much easier in the future — no panic, no frustration.
